Pinzon Island day trip from Santa Cruz (Galapagos)
Swim with sea lions, sharks, sting rays and penguins. I can help you book the tour to Pinzon for $135.4
I visited Pinzón Island with my family almost at the end of our vacation. We arrived at a place called Bahía Pingüino, the first point of the tour. We were lucky to see the Galapagos sharks of Punta Blanca very close to us, I can not lie, it’s scary. However, you can also swim near the Turtles and Penguins, of course without harassing or chasing them. Unfortunaly, the sea lions were not there, because when there are sharks around, they prefer to go to a safe place.
Finished the visit of Pinzón, they direct us towards the ‘Roca sin nombre’, a huge stone of 20 meters located in the middle of the sea. In this place you can see blue footed boobies, lava gulls, sea lions and, you can also participate in a demonstration of artisanal fishing. This trip is combined with a visit to La Fe or Las Palmitas, beautiful beaches where you can snorkel with sea turtles. Depending on the patent of the boats, you can go to those places before or after going to Isla Pinzón.
